Janine Dasbeck, born in 1990 in Pforzheim, Germany, started her design education in 2006 at the Adolph-Kolping-College in Münster, where she gained basics in Media & Communication Design.
After a gap year in New Zealand, Janine started her Industrial Design studies at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences in 2010. At that time she also did internships at Kärcher and B&W International on Industrial Design.
In 2014 Janine started her Master's degree in the field of Medical Design at the Muthesius Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Kiel, during which she focused on advanced product design concepts and interaction design, finishing her master’s thesis in March 2017.
In 2015 Janine started working for macio as a working student, gaining experience in interface design. Currently she is still working there as a User Interface Designer.
